Mr Avanoma is an accomplished oil and gas professional and project manager with over 16 years oil industry experience in Drilling & Completions Engineering, Wireline Logging, Production Optimization and Production Surface Facilities in USA, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Gabon, France, UK, Algeria & Colombia.
Registered with The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), his areas of expertise range from project management, well delivery (Drilling & Completion), well costs optimization, interface (asset, reservoir & engineering), rig management, operations, civil works location and preparation gathered from his experience working with SEPLAT, WellManned, Schlumberger Oilfield Services and Oildata Wireline Services.
He is currently responsible for setting strategy, direction and sustaining the growth of various oil and gas companies domiciled within Africa and continues to lead these companies into success.
His personal interests are in project management and travels.
Mr. Johnson A. Uloko is an oil and gas professional with over 13 years experience in the industry. He started as a Field Engineer and grew / rose through the ranks to the position of Business Development Manager with Schlumberger working in Nigeria; India ; Cote’ d Ivoire ; Liberia ; Sierra Leone and Ghana
His areas of core competence include: Wireline Logging; Production Optimization; Project Management; Drilling and Completions; Well Intervention / Workover Planning and Execution.
He is currently responsible for growing and expanding the business in BRADE with NPDC as the primary focus.
He is a graduate of Geology and Mining from University of Jos, a registered member of NAPE and NMGS.
He is currently enrolled for an Executive MBA Program with Lagos Business School.

Martins joined the BRADE senior management team in 2016, and is actively involved in implementing long-term strategic organizational goals, building/managing key customer relationships with clients, and also manages the introduction of new, cutting-edge technologies such as the National Oilwell Varco’s SEABOX-SWIT Subsea Water Treatment and Injection system and several others into the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
Mr Essien has over 8 years’ experience in field and operations management in the oil and gas industry. His journey in the industry began while working as a Schlumberger Drilling and Measurements lead Logging-While-Drilling engineer for deep offshore clients in the West African coast, covering Ghana, Nigeria, Benin Republic, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Mauritania, and briefly in the United Kingdom (Aberdeen). Prior to this, Martins had a three (3) year stint in one of the foremost banking institutions in Nigeria, where he learned the fundamentals of exceptional service delivery, with emphasis on the core business strategy anchored on People, Technology and Service.
He is a first class chemical engineering graduate from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, and has attended numerous local and overseas training courses focused mainly on general oilfield services, advanced log interpretation, drilling well control (IWCF Level 4), deep water drilling operations, drilling optimization, people, operations and P&L management.

With over 8 years of experience as an oil and gas professional and business developer, Kester’s core competence includes drilling engineering, directional drilling, project management, business development, sales and strategy.
He gathered his wealth of experience from working with Baker Hughes (a GE company), Segofs Energy, Busivel Oil & Gas, KSoft International and attended various professional trainings on leadership, business development, project management, directional drilling, well planning, well control, general oil and gas, safety, ICT, to name but a few.
In addition to his business development roles across the BRADE Group, Kester is directly responsible for bid management, technical relationships, branding and information technology.
